In this work the image of the sounds and nature noises of the city of Hiroshima, viewed from above, is expressed by drawing the city, the mountains, the movement of the sun or the rain in Japanese onomatopoeia-words two-dimensionally on a glass wall 4 x 10m. During the period of 4 days again and again it’s painted and erased. The process is filmed to show, how the passing of time, the nature phenomena and the act of drawing are happening at the same time. By repeating the act of drawing the passing of time also is expressed, because the onomatopoeia refers to the sound.
